A REAL SPECIALITY WITH CHOUX PASTRY AND CHOCOLATE FILLINGS
A soft cake that hides a chocolate filling. It has delicious chocolate coverage and is decorated with choux pastry enriched with custard.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, milk chocolate (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin - polyglycerol polyricinoleate, flavourings), sugar, eggs, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), glucose- fructose syrup, natural yeast (wheat), cocoa sugar pieces (2%)(sugar, wheat starch, palm oil, low-fat cocoa powder, flavourings),chocolate in the filling (1,8%), dextrose, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, milk powder, egg yolk, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids,flavourings, salt, alcohol, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate - sorbic acid, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate. May contain nuts.
