Born in the late 1950s, at first Barbero’s Torronfetta was simply what was left-over when the nougat was cut. However, when the Barbero family began snacking on it they realized that they had something really special. Made to the same, traditional recipe as all of their other nougat, it is cut in three slices, making it ideal for sharing – although we won’t blame you if you decide to keep it to yourself.
