Fregola Sarda ai Frutti di Mare

Fregula is a type of pasta from Sardinia. It comes in varying sizes, but typically consists of semolina dough that has been rolled into balls 2–3 mm in diameter and toasted in an oven.

- Mussels (Mejillones)
- Shrimps (Camarones)
- 1/2 Onion (Cebolla)
- Garlic (Ajo)
- Parsley (Perejil)
- 1 Can of Peeled Tomatoes (1 Lata de tomates pelados)
- Salt (Sal)
- Chilli Pepper (Ají Picante)
- Olive Oil (Aceite de Oliva)
