The Italian Beef Stew. This is an easy recipe from which you can make 2 dishes: Pasta and Entree. The sauce from the stew can be served with the pasta as a first course and the beef as an entree with salad and poatato.

- Eye Round Beef (2.2 pounds) 

- Olive Oil White Wine (1 cup) 

- 1 Onion 

- 3 Small Garlic Dices 

- Green Peas (2 Cups) 

- Tomato Paste (1 Cup) 

- Salt (to taste) 

- Bay Leaf (1) 

- Broth Base 

- Hot Water (1Lt)
