MEZZE MANICHE WITH SHRIMP AND SAFFRON

Today I'm here with you again to show you how to cook an exquisite pasta: MEZZE MANICHE WITH SHRIMPS AND SAFFRON.. We are using the popular technique called "Aglio in Camicia", (Garlic in a Shirt). The skin of the garlic is left on during the cooking process and the clove is later removed. This is made to keep the balance between all the flavors.
The Saffron is used to give a golden color to your food. Saffron perfumes any dish with its aroma, savory, peppery and light at the same time.
